Jenny Bazely - Dietitian - Leicestershire

Jenny Bazely

Qualifying in 2006 as a Registered Dietitian, and gaining a Masters in Advanced Dietetic Practice

in 2016, Jenny has had a career spanning both the NHS and the private sector. Since becoming a freelance practitioner in 2020 her role in supporting woman has become a core part of her practice.

As a busy, working mother of two children, Jenny prides herself on providing individualised, practical advice to support woman moving into perimenopause and beyond.

There is no point in dietary advice if it is not achievable for you. She knows the overwhelming amount of information online and on social media, not to mention all of your friends views and experiences, that can result in woman feeling exhausted and confused just thinking about what to eat.

When Jenny is not supporting women at Simply Menopausal you can find her cooking, running and weight training when she is not being bossed around by her two children.

Strong For Life Fitness – Menopause certified yoga instructor and fitness professional

My menopause took me by surprise. In my early 40s, I was struggling with sleepless nights, extreme anxiety, panic attacks, joint pain, changes to my skin and weight gain around my torso.

As a fitness professional this was a tough time. I put my head down and tried to secretly battle through.

I became committed to educating myself and teaching the women around me how to move and eat in midlife to lose stubborn belly fat, improve menopause symptoms, and feel strong, fit and fabulous!

I qualified as a menopause certified trainer and created STRONGFORLIFE.

An easy to follow, progressive exercise programme with a purpose – collaborating with Simply Menopausal is the perfect fit – combining fitness, HRT and lifestyle adjustments to make your menopause journey run smoothly. A hollistic approach to better health!
