Simply Menopausal is providing a fully comprehensive health check performed by an experienced nurse and menopause specialist. These are available not only to women but to men too!
Wondering if your low in a vitamin? Curious to know how your body is working? Feeling like you’re constantly unwell but can’t figure out why? This service gives you the answers you wish you could get from your local healthcare services but sadly, can’t easily get on demand.
This appointment includes a full blood count, ECG heart reading, urine tests, BMI, blood pressure and pulse, lifestyle review and more. A full written report is then sent straight to you within 48 hours outlining any further investigations/treatment advice.
We also have access to a doctor who we can refer to or you can always discuss the results with your own GP.
These checks are ideal if you’re wondering where your vitamin levels sit, unsure on your levels and want peace of mind when it comes to your overall health.

Diet, exercise, and lifestyle review
We discuss every element of your lifestyle to ensure we know what's going on, where concerns are and changes that can be made.

A comprehensive report with your test results, expert advice, and any recommended follow-up guidance, delivered the following day.
The health check, including the full report, is £395.
Your appointment will last 45 minutes and offers all of the above which will give you all the information you need to understand where your health currently sits and any considerations you may need to know about.
